Street Brass is a community based ensemble led by Chris Butcher that
teaches and plays the rich musical traditions of the Americas in brass
band format in Toronto, Canada. Street Brass is an open call to all horn players from the returning hobbyist to the professional.

Created with Uma Nota Culture our objective is to change the cultural fabric of Toronto by building a sense of joy and community with a horn based group reflecting our diversity that brings positive vibrations to our street events and artistic gatherings. 

You may have seen us at Dundas West Fest, Pedestrian Sundays Kensington Market, or Harbourfront Centre but right now we are gearing up for our performances June 2nd at Dundas West and June 3rd at Field Trip
